How We Use AI

1. Candidate-CV Matching

When a client submits a role requirement, our AI analyses the job description and matches it against candidate profiles in our database.

What the AI considers:

  • Job titles and role descriptions
  • Required certifications (FIA, BAFE, etc.)
  • Years of experience
  • System knowledge (Gent, Apollo, Kentec, etc.)
  • Location preferences
  • Salary expectations vs. role budget

What the AI does NOT consider:

  • Age, gender, ethnicity, or other protected characteristics
  • Photos or personal appearance
  • Names or indicators of background
  • Non-job-related social media activity

2. CV Parsing and Data Extraction

When you upload your CV, AI extracts key information to populate your profile.

Extracted data includes:

  • Contact information
  • Work history (dates, employers, roles)
  • Certifications and qualifications
  • Skills and specialisms

3. Communication Assistance

AI helps us draft emails and responses, but every message is reviewed by a human before sending. We do not send automated, unreviewed communications to candidates or clients.

AI assists our recruitment process. It does not make final decisions. Every candidate shortlist is reviewed by a human recruiter before any contact is made.

Your Rights

  • Right to know: You can ask how we use AI in relation to your data
  • Right to human review: You can request that a human reviews any AI-influenced decision
  • Right to contest: You can challenge decisions you believe are incorrect
  • Right to opt out: You can request limited or no AI processing (may affect service speed)
