- Placed candidates: Retained for 2 years post-placement (for replacement guarantees)
- Inactive candidates: Deleted after 2 years of inactivity (unless you request earlier deletion)
- Client data: Retained for 6 years for legal and contractual purposes
- Call recordings: Retained for 12 months for quality assurance and compliance, then deleted
